The employee leasing

You tell us the number of employees and qualifications you need and we put together the right team for you. You retain the right to issue instructions, assign tasks to the individual employees and allocate them to the required position within your production at short notice.
We also take care of the administrative tasks, such as payroll accounting, so that you can invest this time and resources in your core business. Remuneration is based on the time worked or agreed working hours, which you can check at any time by integrating them into your working time recording system.
The contract for work
When it comes to the manufacture of a product, a work or the provision of a service, the contract for work and services is a good basis for a long-term business relationship. The contractor is not integrated into the company organization, is liable, bears the risk and provides the warranty for the work.
There is no right to issue instructions under labor law, which is a decisive distinction from hiring out employees. Hand over a self-contained part of your production/warehouse or production/packaging lines to us. You remunerate our work (e.g. number of units) according to a specified specification. In this way, you remain flexible at all times and can react quickly to any developments.
